Downloading Files Attached to E-mail
When you receive mail with a small disk icon

displayed if it is an image (ie jpg, gif, etc) otherwise, you need to download it.

To read attached files you must have software that is compatible with the file(s). For example, if you receive a WordPerfect file, you must have either WordPerfect or a word processor program capable of opening WordPerfect files. Also make sure the file is compatible with your computer; for example, a Windows machine may not be able to read some Macintosh files.
